Standard Warranty: Most electronic products (e.g., Safe Boxes, Hair Dryers) come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Coverage: The warranty covers functional failure under normal hotel usage. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.

Claim Process: Contact our support team with your Order ID and a video of the issue. We will provide replacement parts or a new unit at our discretion.
